Ügyv-Szerv Kft., together with its predecessor companies, has been operating since 1981.

We entered the office, school and stationery supplies market in 1991. Since then, we have continuously expanded our product range and strengthened our professional expertise.

 

Building Our Own Brands

Initially, we marketed all our products under our registered SaKOTA brand name.

In 2007, however, we decided to create a separate brand for school and creative products.

This led to the creation of Creative Jungle, which has since become one of our key brands for school, creative and hobby products.

In 1993, we moved to our own premises, where we established an office and warehouse complex with a total area of approximately 4,000 m².

Our new premises provided a solid foundation for the company’s continued growth and increasing logistics requirements.

 

International Expansion

We began building our international presence in 1995, when we established our first foreign subsidiary in the Czech Republic, SaKOTA CZ s.r.o.

A second subsidiary followed in Slovakia in 1999.

Over the years, we have continuously strived to serve our partners quickly and reliably, backed by a high level of professional expertise.

A key requirement for achieving this is offering products that combine reliable quality with competitive prices.

To support these objectives, we established our own office in Ningbo, China, in 2000.

Our presence in China was expanded into a subsidiary in 2009, which has continued to play an important role in our procurement and international operations.

 

Growing Presence in Western Europe

Since 2010, we have continuously expanded our partnerships in Western Europe, particularly in German-speaking markets.

In recent years, we have established long-term business relationships with numerous new partners.

An important milestone in strengthening our presence in Western Europe was our participation on several occasions as an exhibitor at the PAPERWORLD international trade fair in Frankfurt.
